  • The frequency depends on your own personal requirements. For all residential clients we offer a 4 week and 8 week cycle but find that the majority of our customers opt for the 4 week cycle. We can tailor our services to suit your individual requirements.

  • We can take cash or cheque on the day of the clean. You are also able to pay via bank transfer – please contact us for bank details.

  • No. Our system will not damage any properly maintained paintwork. It will in fact help protect paintwork from algae, lichen etc. However, if you have badly maintained or very loose or flaky paintwork, some paint may be removed during the cleaning process. If this is the case we would not recommend our pure water system but we would be pleased to offer another cleaning solution.

  • Yes we will. With traditional window cleaning methods this would prove very difficult, however, with using purified water we're able to leave your windows sparkling clean, even in the rain. If you're unhappy with the clean completed in the rain, no problem, our guarantee policy kicks in and we'll clean the windows again for free. You must contact us within 48hrs of your window clean, in order for the guarantee to be valid.

  • No. We provide a courtesy text the day before each clean to let you know we will be there and to request any locked gates to be left unlocked. Before we take on any job we always discuss access and logistics.
